POLICY LIST

1. All polices are subject to change without notice.
2. Deposits are not transferable to another session or mini session.
3. Deposit (Retainer) 50% of session price, due upon booking.
4. Late fee extra $15 after 15 minutes of waiting. A 45-minute waiting photoshoot will be cancelled. NO REFUND OF ANY MONEY THAT HAS BEEN PAID.
5. Clients, please book your photo session no later than 1 day before your photo session.
6. The remaining balance fee MUST be paid the day before or the day of photoshoot invoice will be sent.
7. Darren Parker Photography holds all copyrights to all images.
8. By all booking means, you have agreed to our policy list.

COVID/SICK POLICY

If you have been feeling sick, with symptoms such as a runny nose, sneezing, coughing, or even a common cold, or if you have been in contact with someone who has Covid-19 or the flu or have been around someone who is sick or in large crowds or events, please do not hesitate to reschedule. If you have had COVID-19, the flu, or a common cold, please allow yourself another week before rescheduling.
